Organizations are invited to apply for one of the three Program Focus Areas. The intent is that all three areas be connected and addressed at some level. We view these Program Focus Areas working together as necessary for transformation. Ultimately, we believe the foundation for transformational change lies in building community power.

Please note that the application process is closed for 2019.  We will update this site when new information is available.
